Product Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive architecture and high-level designs for innovative security products and features.

• Design elements related to configuration, reporting, and runtime for systems, including data analytics and attack detection capabilities.

• Analyze intricate security challenges and identify pain points.

• Work closely with product management to finalize requirements that align with technological capabilities and deliver customer value.

• Establish end-to-end architecture and functionality for both new and existing systems.

• Collaborate with other departments to address non-functional requirements, such as security and services.

• Present design proposals for evaluation.

• Mentor engineering teams throughout the detailed design and implementation phases.

• Acquire and disseminate expertise in security products.

• Contribute to the overall product vision and technical roadmaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related discipline or equivalent qualifications.

• Proven experience in designing large-scale, low-latency, web-based distributed systems.

• Familiarity with big data analytics.

• Understanding of machine learning algorithms and/or effective application of AI in software solutions.

• Ability to maintain a big-picture and end-to-end perspective when creating new features.

• Strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and web technologies.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable presenting concepts and collaborating effectively with others.

• Capable of navigating ambiguity and incomplete information.

• Self-motivated research skills, meticulous documentation, and a passion for learning new technologies.
