Product and Implementation Manager, Sage 100

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee complete B2B client ERP implementations of Nuvei's integrated payment solutions within Sage 100 and other ERP systems.

• Facilitate kick-off meetings to confirm scope, timeline, technical specifications, and client expectations.

• Configure, install, and verify Nuvei payment integrations within clients' Sage 100 and their current technology frameworks.

• Assist clients throughout user acceptance testing, resolve issues, and manage the transition to go-live.

• Act as the subject matter expert for Sage 100 integrations, focusing on AR and payment processing workflows.

• Utilize knowledge of Sage 100 API processes, synchronization methods, and integration components to identify and address technical obstacles.

• Provide support for implementations across Acumatica, Dynamics, NetSuite, and other ERP platforms as needed.

• Offer integration-specific insights to development and product teams.

• Assist with access to ERP environments and coordinate quality assurance for integrated payment solutions.

• Oversee multiple concurrent B2B implementation projects for various clients.

• Keep project management and ticketing systems such as Jira, ADO, and Zendesk updated.

• Recognize and escalate stalled projects, obstacles, and risks while presenting a clear plan to achieve go-live.

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders during the implementation process.

• Report on implementation metrics and project status to the head of solution delivery and other key stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Product, Development, Sales, and Support teams on ERP issues, feature scoping, quality assurance, pre-sales inquiries, collateral, and transitions from implementation to support.

• Engage in knowledge transfer sessions.

• Enhance implementation processes, tools, and documentation.

• Investigate automation and workflow efficiencies using approved AI and internal tools.

• Contribute to the creation of implementation playbooks, best-practice guides, and training materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in Sage 100 implementation, integration consulting, or a comparable technical client-facing role.

• Practical experience with Sage 100, including knowledge of AR and Sales Invoice modules and payment processing workflows.

• Familiarity with additional ERP platforms such as Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite is a plus.

• Eagerness to learn new platforms.

• Technical comprehension of APIs, payment gateways, and integration workflows.

• Experience with project management and ticketing tools such as Jira, Quickbase, or similar platforms.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

• Capability to leverage AI technologies to enhance efficiency and expedite revenue generation.

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
