Product Analyst, Travel Experience & Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct user research, usability studies, and data analysis to uncover trends and areas for enhancement.

• Evaluate user interaction data and feedback to guide design choices.

• Collaborate with UX designers to create mock-ups, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.

• Ensure adherence to accessibility standards and best practices.

• Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders aimed at enhancing product functionality and user engagement.

• Track and report on UX metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Collect requirements and draft clear, actionable user stories.

• Facilitate discussions with internal business partners to understand business needs and requirements.

• Execute additional duties and responsibilities pertinent to the role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Analyst supporting User Experience (UX) initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in UX research, usability testing, and data visualization techniques.

• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Sketch, as well as analytics platforms.

• Understanding of accessibility standards and UX best practices.

• Strong presentation capabilities for sharing insights with stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Advanced User Experience research methods, including eye-tracking and A/B testing, are advantageous.
