Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle for designated products

• Collaborate with growth, operations, design, and engineering teams to create products that users adore

• Assist in developing a product roadmap that aligns with the company's vision

• Conduct product discovery sessions

• Generate Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for product initiatives

• Create epics and user stories to ensure the execution of product requirements

• Evaluate each product release to measure its impact

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in product management

• Strong skills in cross-team communication and collaboration

• Capable of managing and resolving conflicts; adept at listening, presenting, and questioning effectively

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Comfortable both giving and receiving feedback in an Agile setting

• Strong advocacy for customers and creative problem-solving skills

• Experience with web3 technologies is a bonus qualification
