Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle for designated products

• Collaborate with growth, operations, design, and engineering teams to develop products that resonate with users

• Assist in creating a product roadmap that aligns with the company's vision

• Perform product discovery activities

• Develop Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for various product initiatives

• Create epics and user stories to ensure the execution of product requirements

• Evaluate each product release to determine its impact

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in product management

• Strong skills in cross-team communication and collaboration

• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts; effective listening, presenting, and questioning skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Comfortable in giving and receiving feedback within an Agile framework

• Strong customer advocacy and innovative problem-solving capabilities

• Experience with web3 technologies (preferred qualification)
