Product Analyst – Digital Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Assist in the operations and enhancement of products.

• Streamline product processes, assess performance, and pinpoint opportunities for ongoing improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute enhancements that align with business objectives.

• Utilize data, feedback, and product context to guide recommendations and decision-making.

• Provide support to both new and existing clients by resolving issues promptly.

• Aid in the launch of new products and related activities such as user onboarding and enrollment.

• Ensure that clients and internal team members have the necessary information and resources to effectively utilize Evio products.

• Independently plan, organize, and manage project milestones using project management tools.

• Monitor progress, dependencies, and risks to keep projects on track.

• Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Define and document product requirements with a strong focus on aligning with business and customer needs.

• Maintain and update requirements throughout the ideation, design, and build phases of the product lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in managing complex projects involving both internal and external stakeholders.

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or product management, ideally within the healthcare sector.

• Skilled in creating clear documentation for processes and products, as well as supporting analytics in product development.

• Knowledgeable about EHR, pharmacy, and PBM workflows that facilitate patient access to prescribed therapies.

• Familiarity with pharmacy benefit management and EHR interoperability technologies.

• A proactive approach, quick learner, and comfortable with the concept of failing fast and pivoting as needed.

• High comfort level with ambiguity regarding strategy, direction, team dynamics, roles, and other elements that may evolve as work progresses.

• Strong emotional intelligence conducive to collaboration across various business segments.
