Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate business, customer, and stakeholder requirements

• Perform market analysis, competitor evaluations, and product discovery initiatives

• Convert business objectives into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria

• Assist in product planning, delivery, and Agile ceremonies

• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met

• Support API integrations, system workflows, and engage in technical discussions

• Monitor product performance, create reports, and pinpoint areas for improvement

• Oversee risks, dependencies, and project schedules

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a role such as Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or a related field

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Excellent skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder management

• Background in payment platforms, payment providers, or fintech products

• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data flows

• Proficient in Jira and Confluence (Atlassian Suite)

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities

• Experience in fintech or SaaS environments is preferred

• Familiarity with scheduling or workflow management tools is a plus

• Experience with product metrics, reporting, and data analysis is advantageous

• Must currently reside in the Philippines or be legally eligible to work in the Philippines without sponsorship, as specified in the application questions
