This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +5 more countries.
• Assist in enhancing product measurement frameworks and instrumentation systems.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define and uphold event taxonomy, tracking standards, and ensure the quality of instrumentation.
• Create and manage scalable, self-service dashboards for product teams.
• Establish and document clear metric definitions to serve as a shared source of truth.
• Refine measurement processes as products evolve.
• Leverage AI to derive insights and recommendations from product signals.
• Oversee the product analytics stack, including Mixpanel, Segment, and Looker.
• Develop and maintain dbt models for essential product entities and behaviors.
• Contribute to a clean, accessible metric layer for business stakeholders.
• Organize and analyze Voice of the Customer inputs from support, churn, NPS, sales feedback, and customer interviews.
• Ensure data quality through testing, monitoring, documentation, and automation.
• Implement AI tools to enhance data capabilities.
• Provide ongoing product analytics reporting on adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Present analytics findings and recommendations to business stakeholders and executives.
• Examine the relationships between product behavior, revenue, and retention outcomes.
• Support automated reporting and AI-assisted workflows while preserving metric integrity.
• Automate insights and reporting to facilitate self-service using innovative AI techniques.
• Assist product teams in utilizing analytics to assess feature performance and inform roadmap and investment decisions.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product analytics or related fields.
• Proven experience collaborating closely with digital product teams and influencing decisions through data.
• Practical knowledge of how AI is transforming analytics workflows.
• Experience utilizing AI to expedite insight generation, documentation, and distribution.
• Understanding of guardrails, trust, and the safe operationalization of AI.
• A demonstrated history of building systems that scale across multiple groups.
• Capability to create solutions and address problems in the absence of processes, systems, tools, data, or stakeholder buy-in.
• Skill in prioritizing, structuring problems, and executing independently while fostering collaboration across teams.
• Experience in presenting analyses to product managers and business stakeholders.
• Ability to convert complex findings into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced SQL skills are required.
• Familiarity with event-based analytics.
• Experience with Mixpanel or similar analytics tools.
• Knowledge of Looker or comparable BI tools.
• Familiarity with Segment or similar tools.
• Knowledge of dbt.
• Preferred exposure to public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), FinOps/cloud cost management, and enterprise SaaS concepts.
