This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden, +5 more countries.
• Define and uphold event taxonomy, tracking standards, and ensure instrumentation quality in collaboration with Engineering.
• Create and manage scalable, self-service dashboards for product teams.
• Develop and document clear metric definitions to serve as a shared source of truth.
• Enhance measurement practices as the product progresses.
• Utilize AI to derive insights and recommendations from product signals.
• Maintain reporting for the product analytics stack using tools such as Mixpanel, Segment, Looker, or similar.
• Construct and sustain dbt models for core product entities and behaviors.
• Contribute to a clean and usable metric layer for business stakeholders.
• Organize and analyze Voice of the Customer inputs, which include support, churn, NPS, sales feedback, and customer interviews.
• Ensure data quality through testing, monitoring, documentation, and automation.
• Provide regular product analytics reporting on adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Present analytics findings and recommendations to business stakeholders and executives.
• Examine relationships between product behavior, revenue, and retention outcomes.
• Facilitate automated reporting and AI-assisted workflows while preserving metric integrity.
• Automate insights and reporting to be self-service using emerging AI techniques.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product analytics or related fields.
• Proven experience collaborating closely with digital product teams and influencing decisions through data.
• Practical knowledge of how AI is transforming analytics workflows.
• Experience in using AI to expedite insight generation, documentation, and distribution.
• Understanding of AI guardrails, trust, and safe operational practices.
• Proven track record of building scalable systems across multiple groups.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, structure problems, and execute independently while collaborating with various teams.
• Experience in presenting analysis to product managers and business stakeholders.
• Capability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced SQL skills are mandatory.
• Familiarity with event-based analytics is essential.
• Experience with Mixpanel or similar tools is required.
• Familiarity with Looker or other BI tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of Segment or similar tools is desirable.
• Familiarity with dbt is necessary.
• Exposure to public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), FinOps/cloud cost management, and enterprise SaaS concepts is preferred.
