📋 Description

• Collaborate with Engineering to establish and uphold event taxonomy, tracking standards, and the quality of instrumentation.

• Develop and sustain scalable, self-service dashboards for product teams.

• Create and document clear metric definitions to serve as a shared source of truth.

• Enhance measurement as the product progresses.

• Leverage AI to extract insights and recommendations from product signals.

• Ensure precise and accessible reporting within the product analytics framework.

• Develop and maintain dbt models for essential product entities and behaviors.

• Contribute to a clean and usable metric layer for business stakeholders.

• Organize and analyze Voice of the Customer inputs, including support, churn, NPS, sales feedback, and customer interviews.

• Promote data quality through testing, monitoring, documentation, and automation.

• Deliver periodic product analytics reports on adoption, engagement, and retention.

• Present analytics findings to business stakeholders and executives.

• Examine the relationships between product behavior, revenue, and retention outcomes.

• Facilitate automated reporting and AI-assisted workflows while preserving metric integrity.

• Automate insights and reporting to make them self-service using emerging AI techniques.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product analytics or similar roles.

• Proven experience collaborating closely with digital product teams and influencing decisions with data.

• Practical knowledge of how AI is transforming analytics workflows.

• Experience utilizing AI to expedite insight generation, documentation, and dissemination.

• Understanding of AI guardrails, trust, and secure operationalization.

• Demonstrated success in building scalable systems across multiple groups.

• Ability to prioritize, structure problems, and execute independently while working collaboratively across teams.

• Experience in presenting analysis to product managers and business stakeholders.

• Capability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.

• Advanced SQL skills are required.

• Experience with event-based analytics.

• Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar tools.

• Familiarity with Looker or similar BI tools.

• Familiarity with Segment or similar tools.

• Familiarity with dbt.

• Exposure to public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), FinOps/cloud cost management, and enterprise SaaS concepts is preferred.
