Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team dedicated to managing the admissions process, establishing the product vision and strategy.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to identify needs and set priorities.

• Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with the company's objectives.

• Work closely with the development team to guarantee the delivery of top-quality solutions.

• Analyze data and metrics to guide product decisions and enhance outcomes.

• Create and execute launch and go-to-market strategies for new products and features.

• Facilitate stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Guide the team through the PI Planning process.

• Cultivate a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team.

• Utilize the SCRUM/Jira Agile methodology effectively.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Experience in product management within educational or technological organizations.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and various product management frameworks.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

• Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence.

• An MBA or product management certification is an advantage.
