📋 Description

• Assist with producer administration, sales operations, data analysis, and enhancements to digital platforms.

• Validate and update producer data.

• Generate and assess reports.

• Aid in the improvement of the producer portal.

• Oversee licenses and appointments.

• Support the commission payment procedures.

• Conduct research and formulate recommendations to boost operational efficiency.

• Offer services that align with daily operational goals.

• Engage in projects, programs, and initiatives.

• Execute research and reporting tasks, including recommendations or alternative proposals for action.

• Liaise with colleagues, clients, and both internal and external stakeholders.

• Carry out entry-level professional services under supervision, with guidance, training, and mentorship.

• Undertake related studies, enrichment programs, and additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.

• Adhere to company policies, ethical and legal standards, HIPAA, privacy regulations, information security protocols, and the Code of Business Conduct.

• Must be enrolled either full-time or part-time in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
