Producer – Personal Lines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Achieve set sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Leverage Trucordia's sales and marketing tools for cold calling, in-person meetings, and prospect presentations to secure new business.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in a designated area of expertise.

• Maintain a portfolio of clients to ensure high renewal rates.

• Work alongside Client Service to evaluate renewal business and onboard new accounts.

• Adhere to Trucordia's sales methodologies and best practices, including the effective use of Trucordia tools and the sales management platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License issued by the state.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in an insurance sales position.

• Familiarity with professional software applications such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.

• Proven abilities in analytics and both internal and external communications.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese is highly preferred.
