Producer – Games

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of PowerWash Simulator 2 at FuturLab, a renowned game studio.

• Promote Agile methodologies and ceremonies within diverse teams.

• Oversee planning and delivery initiatives.

• Serve as a vital communication link between technical and non-technical groups.

• Keep stakeholders updated and manage project risks effectively.

• Monitor milestones and ensure teams stay aligned with project objectives and schedules.

• Facilitate coordination among Content, QA, and Publishing teams.

• Manage Jira across various projects, including workflows, automation, and reporting.

• Lead process enhancements and assist teams in refining tools and work methods.

• Support teams in achieving high-quality results efficiently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities concurrently.

• Proven experience in coordinating and facilitating Agile ceremonies for multidisciplinary teams, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Skill in acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.

• Experience in supporting milestone planning and tracking.

• Ability to maintain alignment among internal teams, including Content, QA, and Publishing.

• Proficient in risk management and stakeholder updates.

• Experience in Jira administration across multiple projects, covering workflows, automation, reporting, and process improvements.

• Background in contributing to the continuous enhancement of team processes, tools, and work methods.

• Valid UK work visa is required.
