Field Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Capture and produce film and photographic content while traveling to various locations and adapting to different field conditions.

• Create, develop, and edit video and photo materials for marketing initiatives, websites, and social media platforms.

• Leverage extensive knowledge of audio recording, lighting, and camera technologies to ensure high production standards.

• Conduct on-site interviews with industry professionals, influencers, and customers.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to outline shooting schedules, brainstorm ideas, and create storyboards.

• Edit raw video footage and images to establish essential post-production timelines.

• Troubleshoot and maintain photography and videography equipment prior to field assignments.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a content production capacity, preferably in the adventure, hunting, or outdoor sectors.

• In-depth knowledge of mirrorless and DSLR camera systems.

• Expertise in Adobe photo and video editing applications.

• Demonstrated ability to extract valuable insights and responses through engaging interviews.

• A strong portfolio showcasing previous photography and videography, especially in relation to hunting or outdoor themes.

• Willingness to adjust to varying conditions and schedules, including significant travel to remote areas.

• Capability to produce captivating work across different product categories.

• Comprehensive understanding of hunting culture, gear, and practices.

• Ability to conceive innovative concepts and ideas.

• Meticulous attention to detail in technical execution and visual presentation.

• Proficient in collaborating with stakeholders and diverse teams.

• Capacity to work autonomously in the field and manage time effectively.
