• Create and present high-quality proposals that embody Howden’s consultative methodology and market expertise.

• Collaborate with account managers, claims advocates, and marketing professionals from the proposal stage through to renewal.

• Nurture year-round client relationships by offering proactive guidance and serving as a trusted risk advisor.

• Work alongside carriers to negotiate and secure customized coverage options.

• Enhance Howden’s community presence through networking, events, and thought leadership initiatives.

• Ensure the accuracy and currency of CRM and reporting documentation.

• Stay informed about emerging risks, market trends, and innovative insurance solutions.

• Proven experience or potential in insurance sales and business development.

• Capability to create and execute a personal sales plan to achieve annual revenue and growth goals.

• Ability to strategically prospect using centers of influence, referrals, and personal networks.

• Competence in conducting risk reviews and coverage assessments.

• Skill in developing and presenting high-quality insurance proposals.

• Proficiency in collaborating with account managers, claims advocates, marketing professionals, and carriers.

• Ability to negotiate and secure coverage for complex and unique client requirements.

• Capacity to maintain precise records in CRM and reporting systems.
