Commercial Lines Sales Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Create new business opportunities and establish a lucrative commercial insurance portfolio through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community involvement.

• Build, sustain, and enhance relationships with both prospective and current commercial clients.

• Keep an active sales pipeline while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

• Develop referral sources through existing clients, centers of influence, and business partners.

• Collaborate with agency leadership on strategic sales initiatives and marketing strategies.

• Assess client risks and propose suitable Property & Casualty insurance solutions.

• Lead client presentations, enrollment sessions, and renewal conversations.

• Distribute policies and clarify coverage details, exclusions, policy terms, and payment expectations.

• Work alongside internal service teams and carrier partners for effective implementation and continuous support.

• Establish referral networks and represent the agency at local business, civic, and industry functions.

• Maintain precise documentation and adhere to policy binding and coverage placement procedures.

• Ensure compliance with agency, carrier, and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and relevant professional experience.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proven capacity to foster relationships and generate business opportunities.

• Capability to handle confidential and sensitive information with care.

• Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty General Lines License, or the ability to acquire one within 90 days of employment.
