Procurement Process, Analytics Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement comprehensive Procurement process enhancement and transformation initiatives, starting from current-state evaluation to future-state design, execution, and integration.

• Convert business needs, policy requirements, and global regulatory factors into scalable and quantifiable process results.

• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and risks within Procurement operations and propose enhancements.

• Create standard operating procedures, process diagrams, and playbooks.

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, including defining scope, planning, tracking milestones, managing risks and issues, and providing status updates.

• Develop and sustain project plans, timelines, and RACI frameworks.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders.

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Convert requirements into functional specifications, process designs, and quantifiable success metrics.

• Assist in evaluating and configuring procurement technology, source-to-pay platforms, analytical tools, and workflow systems.

• Design and manage dashboards, scorecards, and regular reporting mechanisms.

• Examine procurement data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to leadership.

• Formulate and implement change management strategies for new processes, policies, and technologies.

• Create and deliver stakeholder communications, training materials, and engagement sessions.

• Establish stakeholder relationships, solicit feedback, and manage resistance.

• Support the development of Procurement policies, controls, governance frameworks, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• 3–6 years of experience in project management, business analysis, and/or reporting/analytics, preferably in Procurement, supply chain, or a shared services/CoE setting.

• Proven experience leading or assisting with process improvement projects from design to execution.

• Proficient in creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, or similar.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in developing training and stakeholder communication materials.

• Capability to interpret ambiguous or complex requirements into clear, organized, and measurable plans.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting and collaborate across time zones and diverse global stakeholder groups.

• Capacity to remain seated for extended periods, usually 7–8 hours a day.

• Proficiency in operating computer and telephone systems, typing, and utilizing multiple software applications concurrently.
