This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Oversee designated procure-to-pay (P2P) processes from initiation to completion.
• Handle requisitions, purchase orders, and updates to supplier information utilizing ERP and procurement systems.
• Assess routine purchasing scenarios, supplier inquiries, and data-related issues.
• Ensure the accuracy of supplier and transactional information.
• Address procurement exceptions, uncover root causes, and escalate intricate or high-risk matters as needed.
• Assist end users with procurement procedures, system functionalities, and purchasing needs.
• Recognize repetitive issues and gaps in processes.
• Propose enhancements to procedures, job aids, and workflow efficiency.
• Adhere to procurement controls, approval protocols, and service-level expectations.
• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of purchasing operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or operational transaction processing within a corporate or shared services setting.
• At least 2 years of experience utilizing ERP or procurement systems for processing requisitions, purchase orders, or supplier data.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience adhering to established procedures and controls to guarantee transaction accuracy and compliance.
• Preferred: Over 5 years of experience supporting procure-to-pay (P2P) operations, including guided buying or purchase order processing.
• Preferred: Over 3 years of experience delivering frontline user support in an operational or service-oriented environment.
• Preferred: More than 3 years of experience in a regulated or policy-driven setting.
• Required to accurately represent yourself and your experiences throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
• Must undergo a comprehensive background check as part of the hiring process.
