Procurement – Lighting Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with lighting vendors and project sales representatives.

• Develop buyout strategies to meet project requirements based on specifications and drawings.

• Design competitive lighting packages.

• Negotiate fair market quotes for clients.

• Build enduring relationships with both vendors and clients.

• Evaluate drawings and create effective solutions.

• Oversee project fulfillment and ensure timely project completion.

• Be a vital member of the Colonial Major Projects team.

• Adapt to shifting priorities and new software or programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience in procurement, vendor relations, negotiation, or project fulfillment is indicated by the role title and responsibilities, though no minimum years are specified.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to shape and influence projects.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Google equivalents.
