Procurement Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, design, implementation, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement solutions for complex enterprise and federal programs.

• Act as the primary functional lead for Procurement activities.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, comprehensive Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions.

• Direct functional design and delivery across various workstreams.

• Organize requirements-gathering workshops to translate business needs into future-state procurement processes and system solutions.

• Configure and implement modules for Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, and Procurement Contracts.

• Work closely with Supply Chain, Projects, Analytics, and other business teams.

• Assist with integrations, security, reporting, and system extensions alongside technical teams.

• Supervise SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover planning, and provide go-live support.

• Manage relationships with stakeholders, offer strategic recommendations, and facilitate decision-making and issue resolution.

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and establish mitigation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement solutions.

• In-depth understanding of procurement business processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Management, Sourcing, Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, approvals, compliance, and supplier portals.

• Practical experience in configuring Oracle Fusion Procurement modules.

• Proven expertise throughout the entire Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering, conference room pilots (CRPs), testing, defect management, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.

• Capability to develop functional designs, process flows, test plans, and project documentation.

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

• U.S. Citizen.
