This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Facilitate or assist with Purchase Orders that are of low to medium dollar value and varying procurement complexities.
• Oversee Supplier Relationships, Development, and Performance.
• Create solicitations such as RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, and IDIQs.
• Evaluate quotations and proposals using price and cost analysis techniques.
• Propel success in meeting metrics.
• Collaborate with customers, the Program Management Office, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance.
• Enhance understanding of Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality throughout the summer.
• Acquire exposure to leadership opportunities.
• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Management, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, or a closely related business major and be actively enrolled until the internship/co-op session concludes.
• Must have completed at least 60 credit hours by the commencement of the internship/co-op session.
• Familiarity with Supply Chain processes and tools is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is essential.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Relevant experience may be gained through on-the-job training, research, coursework, or projects.
