This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage and uphold vendor account details to guarantee minimum standards and alignment with Access’ operational requirements.
• Take ownership of the new vendor vetting process from start to finish, ensuring accurate data entry in Salesforce.
• Confirm that vendor documentation is up-to-date, complete, and adheres to company policies.
• Revise and maintain vendor records in Salesforce to support ongoing compliance and data accuracy.
• Assist cross-functional teams with vendor vetting and procurement procedures.
• Engage with vendors to gather required documentation.
• Collaborate with territories to compile relevant documentation and information for new vendors.
• Act as the main point of contact for territories and vendors concerning vetting and compliance matters.
• Support the Procurement Team in vendor contracting tasks.
• Enhance procurement workflows and onboarding procedures.
• Help ensure vendor accounts are compliant, thoroughly vetted, organized, and ready for audits.
• Detect and address potential vetting issues or delays.
• Contribute to the scalability, consistency, and operational efficiency of the procurement process.
• Basic understanding of event planning, hospitality, or similar fields through coursework, internships, or entry-level roles.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the capability to learn rapidly and adjust to shifting priorities.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• A collaborative mindset.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
