Procurement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee purchase orders with low to medium dollar amounts and varying levels of procurement complexity.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure optimal performance.

• Prepare and distribute Requests for Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers.

• Propel success in key performance metrics.

• Assist Acquisition Professionals and Raytheon Programs through the Buyer Support Group.

• Participate in either the Return to Vendor Team or Delivery Assurance Team.

• Collaborate with customers, the Program Management Office, acquisition professionals, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance teams.

• Attain comprehensive visibility of the supply chain process from acquisition through receiving to close-out.

• Manage multiple priorities while facilitating supply chain activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of relevant prior experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 1 year of experience.

• Familiarity with Supply Chain processes and tools.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Previous internship, co-op, or work experience with RTX is preferred.

• Experience in Supply Chain within a Defense Contracting context is preferred.

• Background in technical writing and interpretation of technical documentation is preferred.

• Experience with SAP/PRISM is preferred.

• The successful candidate must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.

• Security clearance is not necessary.
