Processor Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal business units and client partners to provide support for the Fiserv system.

• Oversee settings on the Fiserv Optis Platform, Decision Quest logic, and Rewards Structure.

• Investigate and resolve intricate Fiserv-related issues.

• Manage statement inserts and messaging by developing and testing requirements through PCF, PCS, and DQ.

• Establish and evaluate Rewards structures based on DMM table and Rules requirements.

• Configure, test, and uphold settings within PCF.

• Set up and maintain decision logic criteria with DQ.

• Manage and oversee user access to Fiserv applications.

• Identify, research, and resolve moderately complex issues related to the Fiserv system.

• Initiate and manage Fiserv tickets while recommending additional system enhancements.

• Conduct meetings with business units and client partners to address issues, inquiries, and service items.

• Provide feedback to the Director of Processor Integration and propose process improvements.

• Carry out other assigned duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent job-related experience is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with the Fiserv platform, particularly in the credit card and small business sectors.

• Familiarity with the financial services, banking, or payment processing industry.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Over 5 years of experience in technical and/or operations environments.

• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to adapt to varying business timelines and respond swiftly to changes.

• Skill in researching and resolving moderate system issues.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Capability to multitask and work with minimal supervision in a team setting.

• Ability to maintain professionalism in a dynamic environment.
