📋 Description

• Provide guidance to borrowers regarding their financial situation and available payment options

• Assist customers throughout the loan application journey

• Submit loan applications along with necessary documentation

• Establish referral networks to identify potential loan candidates

• Address customer complaints and take suitable measures to resolve issues

• Prior experience in the mortgage industry is essential

• Experience with Encompass LOS is mandatory

• Knowledge of financial and lending practices is required

• Skill in building strong relationships with clients

• Proficient analytical and mathematical abilities
