Processing Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Manage the processing of both incoming and outgoing client payments for various legal entities within the organization.

• Conduct daily reconciliations and ensure accurate balance records are maintained in internal dashboards for banks and payment service providers across multiple group entities.

• Investigate discrepancies and resolve operational issues associated with banks and payment providers.

• Oversee account balances and manage liquidity transfers effectively.

• Work with transaction data, reports, and statements using Google Sheets.

• Collaborate with the Compliance team on requests related to banking activities.

• Support the accounting team with the reconciliation of bank statements.

• Communicate effectively with account managers and banking partners.

• Manage card transaction processing and reconciliation, including handling statements, reports, and invoices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Experience with international payment systems such as SEPA, FPS, Fedwire, and SWIFT.

• A solid understanding of card payment processes and transaction management.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including skills in pivot tables and basic lookup functions.

• Strong attention to detail with the capability to work autonomously.

• Experience in business communications with banks and partners.

• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level (or solid intermediate, depending on other strengths).
