This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Educate new and existing team members on departmental processes and applications.
• Suggest enhancements to workflows, quality, internal documentation, and procedures.
• Assist in process initiatives with the Processing team and promote ongoing improvement.
• Oversee and update documentation, scalable playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with project managers, review teams, and technical stakeholders to set deadlines and support project objectives.
• Address non-standard requests and resolve issues utilizing available resources.
• Implement data processing workflows using Nuix, RelativityOne, and various commercial and proprietary tools.
• Aid in inventory management, discovery, automated processing, publishing, exception remediation, document promotion, quality control, data investigation, and basic hosting duties.
• Set up and maintain RelativityOne workspaces, including permissions, views, layouts, folder structures, workspace security, and related features.
• Serve as the initial escalation point for internal technology and data investigation challenges.
• Utilize Lighthouse proprietary tools and RelativityOne functionalities, such as Integration Points, Staging Explorer, Import/Export, and Automated Workflows.
• Balance work priorities while ensuring quality, addressing urgency, and fulfilling client commitments.
• Leverage EDRM knowledge to facilitate defensible processing workflows and project execution.
• Estimate processing timelines and communicate associated risks, dependencies, and changes in delivery.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• A combination of at least two of the following: education, experience, and/or certifications.
• 4-6 years of experience in data processing within an eDiscovery setting or similar technical roles.
• Relevant industry certifications or comparable professional experience.
• Familiarity with litigation support and eDiscovery applications, including Nuix, Relativity, Concordance, IPRO eCapture, Equivio, LAW, Clearwell, Summation, Brainspace, or similar platforms.
• Proven understanding of automated processing workflows, quality control practices, basic hosting tasks, and all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
• Experience with databases.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Knowledge of computer forensics and experience with tools like EnCase and FTK is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Capability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Availability to work from Tuesday to Saturday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm Pacific.
• Duties may involve periodic on-call responsibilities and working during evenings and weekends.
