Process Server

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver legal documents.

• Update information using the PSO Mobile proprietary mobile applications.

• Make a minimum of three service attempts at different times of the day and on weekends.

• Attempt cases at least every 72 hours.

• Plan routes efficiently.

• Establish rapport with recipients.

• Utilize your own vehicle and work independently.

• Coordinate with a liaison based in South Carolina for assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified Process Server.

• Must reside in or near Greenwood, Laurens, Abbeville, McCormick, Newberry, or Union Counties in South Carolina.

• A strong commitment to honesty and accuracy.

• Reliable transportation.

• Valid driver's license and insurance.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

• Familiarity with mobile applications and the use of proprietary apps.

• Access to a computer, printer, and scanner.

• Preference for candidates residing within or near the specified counties.

• Experience in private investigation, law enforcement, or process serving is advantageous.
