Process Manager, Strategy & Optimization

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery sessions to ascertain business requirements and design processes that align with business goals and best practices.

• Collaborate with Operations to pinpoint servicing needs, operational hurdles, and areas for improvement.

• Offer recommendations and future-state solutions that align operational capabilities with business demands.

• Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, service consistency, quality, and customer outcomes.

• Assist in the implementation of new technologies, operational initiatives, and changes to service models.

• Work alongside Product and Technology teams to ensure operational readiness for technological initiatives.

• Aid in testing, adoption planning, communication, training support, and post-implementation stabilization.

• Contribute to organizational change initiatives, transformation efforts, and operational enhancement programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in corporate travel.

• Background in operations, process improvement, project management, consulting, or program management.

• Experience in designing and documenting requirements, processes, workflows, and the scope of services.

• Familiarity with GDS Amadeus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in supporting cross-functional initiatives.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
