Process Manager, Global Business Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, optimization, and governance of comprehensive processes within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization.

• Act as a subject matter expert for processes aligned with GBS, specifically in Finance and Media.

• Establish and uphold global process standards, policies, and documentation.

• Implement governance routines to monitor compliance, performance, and associated risks.

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.

• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, minimize manual effort, and eradicate defects.

• Spearhead automation and digitization projects utilizing workflow tools, RPA, AI/ML, and advertising technology integrations.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve technology platforms and reporting systems.

• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics.

• Promote continuous improvement initiatives employing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and root cause analysis.

• Benchmark processes against industry standards and best practices.

• Work alongside GBS, IT, and functional leaders to transform requirements into scalable process solutions.

• Lead change initiatives, including training and support for global team adoption.

• Provide guidance to GBS centers and business units on process execution and optimization.

• Address complex process challenges and escalations.

• Assist with transitions, migrations, and stabilization of finance activities into GBS centers.

• Team up with technology groups to ensure systems and tools facilitate process design and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related area.

• Strong grasp of end-to-end processes and internal controls.

• Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.

• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Oracle.

• Familiarity with automation tools, RPA, workflow platforms like ServiceNow and Salesforce, and/or AI/ML technologies.

• Experience in a global business services or shared services setting.

• Over 7 years of experience in GBS processing, including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, or process management.

• Background in media operation processes.

• Capability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders within a matrixed environment.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel as required.
