Process Management Associate, Provider Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform a thorough analysis of current business processes, which includes process mapping, data gathering, and pinpointing areas for enhancement.

• Work closely with stakeholders to collect requirements and establish objectives for process improvements.

• Create and implement strategies for process improvement, incorporating process documentation, standard operating procedures, and workflow diagrams.

• Apply process management methodologies like Lean Six Sigma to uncover bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and waste.

• Organize and lead process improvement workshops and meetings for cross-functional teams.

• Take the lead or actively participate in process improvement initiatives.

• Monitor and evaluate process performance utilizing metrics and tools.

• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to management.

• Collaborate with Technology, Product, and Engineering teams to explore opportunities for process automation.

• Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in process management.

• Adhere to relevant laws and regulations.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of experience in process management, process improvement, or a related field.

• 3+ years of professional experience in provider data or provider network operations within a health insurance company.

• 2+ years of experience with process management methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar frameworks.

• 2+ years of experience in end-to-end process management and mapping.
