Process Improvement Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the establishment and execution of a new VA CCN Contract.

• Develop the operational framework, processes, and controls essential for contract implementation.

• Collaborate with various teams to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement.

• Execute solutions that improve performance in claims and financial services operations.

• Oversee and manage claims and financial inventory.

• Introduce workflow improvements and operational controls.

• Report directly to an Associate VP of Financial Planning and Analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Must successfully obtain interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Services).

• Currently, candidates must not reside in Puerto Rico.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations related to claims administration.

• At least 2 years of project management experience, with a focus on large-scale projects.

• Lean Six Sigma or Project Management certification is preferred.

• Access to internet service with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.

• A dedicated workspace free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
