Process Improvement and Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate current administrative and business processes to identify areas for improvement and potential automation.

• Design, develop, and implement workflows utilizing Microsoft Power Automate.

• Partner with business teams to collect requirements and convert them into actionable solutions.

• Facilitate the integration of AI-enabled tools and functionalities into daily business operations.

• Develop and maintain process documentation, user manuals, and training resources.

• Oversee automated workflows to ensure their reliability, performance, and ongoing enhancement.

• Advocate for best practices in process optimization and automation strategies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and report on the advantages of implemented enhancements.

• Offer training and support to users of automated processes and digital solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in process enhancement, business process analysis, or workflow optimization.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Adept at engaging and communicating effectively with stakeholders across all levels.

• Experience in documenting processes and formulating clear procedures.

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, Power Platform AI capabilities, or other generative AI technologies.

• Understanding of Power Apps and Power BI.

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement approaches.

• Background in a manufacturing, engineering, or international business context.
