This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as a recognized expert in process improvement methodologies, offering strategic advice and consultation to business leaders and stakeholders.
• Lead intricate, cross-departmental process improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance, customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency.
• Examine organizational processes, performance metrics, operational data, and business challenges to uncover opportunities for enterprise-level enhancements.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and operational excellence methodologies to address complex business issues.
• Facilitate high-level discussions, workshops, Kaizen events, value stream mapping sessions, and root cause analysis meetings.
• Create and implement innovative process solutions that balance operational, technical, regulatory, and business needs.
• Develop future-state process architectures, governance frameworks, performance models, and continuous improvement roadmaps.
• Assess interdependencies among functions, systems, processes, and organizational structures.
• Set and track key performance indicators, operational metrics, and measurement frameworks.
• Guide decision-making through data-driven recommendations, comprehensive business cases, and executive presentations.
• Spearhead the adoption and maturation of continuous improvement practices across various business units.
• Support project teams and stakeholders in implementing process improvement methodologies and best practices.
• Contribute to the establishment of organizational standards, methodologies, policies, and governance for process excellence.
• Mentor and coach professionals in process improvement and operational leadership roles.
• Act as a trusted advisor to operational and business leaders.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities for improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business transformation, continuous improvement, consulting, or related fields.
• Proven success in leading large-scale, complex, and cross-functional process improvement initiatives that yield measurable business results.
• Advanced understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
• Significant experience facilitating executive stakeholder engagements, strategic workshops, process redesign initiatives, and transformational improvement efforts.
• Expertise in process mapping, value stream analysis, root cause analysis, performance measurement, and change management methodologies.
• Strong capability to analyze complex operational environments and devise innovative solutions to multifaceted business challenges.
• Experience in influencing senior leaders and driving organizational change without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to link process improvement initiatives to enterprise goals and strategic objectives.
• Exceptional analytical, facilitation, communication, consulting, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives and navigate ambiguity in complex business environments.
