Process Design Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute processes for property management operations, sales, new services, and tailored client requirements

• Implement and evaluate processes within workflow automation software

• Assess and enhance process efficiency, task assignments, timelines, and potential automation

• Fine-tune workflows in accordance with PM Ops Standards, industry best practices, and client-specific needs

• Create, update, and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal and client-related tasks

• Convert processes into visual representations using tools like LucidChart

• Maintain quality, consistency, and dependable execution of processes across custom scenarios and exceptions

• Advocate for ongoing process development and enhancement

• Work alongside internal teams to foster efficiency and innovation

• Assess new tools in the property management technology landscape and propose solutions for client projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to conceptualize and design processes for fundamental property management operations, sales, new services, and client-specific requirements

• Proficient in implementing and testing processes within workflow automation software

• Comprehensive understanding of workflow software processes and systems

• Expertise in workflow design and no-code process automation tools, particularly Zapier

• Experience with LeadSimple, Aptly, and Appfolio software is preferred but not mandatory

• Willingness to explore and utilize AI tools

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in project management, including planning, execution, and documentation

• Enthusiastic about the eating, drinking, and sleeping process :-)
