Process Automation Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Analyze existing business and operational processes to identify automation opportunities.

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions such as RPA, workflow automation, scripts, and APIs.

• Test and integrate automation with existing systems.

• Maintain and update implemented automations, as well as troubleshoot technical issues.

• Document technical solutions and create user guides and training materials.

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify needs and implement solutions.

• Monitor the effectiveness of automation, report results, and recommend improvements.

• Train employees on the use of implemented solutions.

• Keep up with trends and technological advancements in process automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (process automation, technology implementation).

• Proficiency in mapping business processes and familiarity with business and system analysis.

• Practical experience working with APIs, system integration, and API testing tools.

• Experience with automation tools.

• Strong analytical thinking skills, ability to synthesize information, and recommend solutions.

• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with business and technology teams.

• Proficiency in English sufficient for comfortable communication.

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript, as well as the ability to write automation scripts, is a plus.
