Clinical Sales Representative – Surgical Robotics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for comprehensive program development and clinical excellence for the Ottava Surgical Robotic System.

• Create and implement business strategies for designated territories.

• Facilitate clinical and technical product discussions as well as demonstrations throughout the sales process.

• Perform referral education sales initiatives.

• Conduct sessions for the Business Review Program.

• Oversee post-sales installation processes.

• Assist in the after-sales adoption and effective use of Ottava Surgical Robotics products.

• Provide education to physicians and staff on product application.

• Implement quarterly business plans aimed at meeting procedure and disposable sales revenue objectives.

• Enhance Ottava utilization and broaden the user base within eligible accounts.

• Maintain a comprehensive, regularly updated strategic business plan for the territory.

• Present sales forecasts to the sales management team.

• Collaborate with Field Sales Territory Managers on strategic sales initiatives.

• Lead technical and clinical product demonstrations to bolster sales and adoption efforts.

• Execute referral education activities to boost procedure sales.

• Establish post-sales installation, implementation, and adoption protocols in conjunction with sales and service teams.

• Support new clients in their clinical adoption journey.

• Assist clients in achieving their clinical and economic objectives while enhancing satisfaction and product utilization.

• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and formulate strategies based on industry and market developments.

• Deliver clinical support in hospital and procedural environments, including case assistance, education, and customer coordination.

• Regular travel within the assigned territory is required.

• Ability to work independently while closely collaborating with the broader commercial team.

• Expert-level understanding of all Ottava Surgical Robotics products.

• Strong knowledge of industry and market trends.
