Process and Training Associate Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Conduct system training throughout the revenue cycle

• Execute process analysis

• Assist in the creation and deployment of training programs

• Carry out responsibilities related to adult training initiatives

• Educate employees on designated systems

• Organize training sessions by coordinating schedules and tracking attendance

• Support changes in system practice management

• Cultivate an understanding of processes linked to specified systems

• Record updates to identified processes

• Compose newsletters for revenue services

• Assess and prioritize educational requirements across the revenue cycle

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a healthcare or business-related field is preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue services

• Valid motor vehicle operator's license verified by the appropriate licensing agency

• Strong comprehension of operational policies and procedures

• Capability to support system training, process analysis, and the development and execution of training programs

• Proficient in understanding processes related to specified systems

• Skilled in documenting process updates and authoring newsletters for revenue services
