Process Analyst, Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct user interviews and discovery sessions to uncover processes and requirements

• Map current (AS IS) processes, identify areas for improvement, and design future (TO BE) processes

• Collect, analyze, and document functional requirements for systems and processes

• Create process flow models using BPMN

• Design workflows and interfaces utilizing Figma

• Assist the development team in comprehending and detailing requirements

• Leverage artificial intelligence tools, such as Claude, to aid in analysis and content generation

• Oversee the implementation of suggested improvements

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in analyzing, designing, documenting, and enhancing business processes

• Proficiency in gathering and documenting software requirements

• Capability to translate business needs into functional requirements

• Experience in mapping current (AS IS) and future (TO BE) processes and modeling them in BPMN

• Proficiency in using Figma for designing workflows and interfaces

• Hands-on experience with AI tools, especially Claude

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams
