Process Analyst, Mid-Level/Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create maps and documentation for processes, services, and products.

• Conduct interviews and hold meetings with business and technology stakeholders.

• Organize and structure service and product catalogs.

• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential areas for process enhancement.

• Develop process flows, functional documentation, and materials for executive presentations.

• Assist in defining standards, responsibilities, and management criteria.

• Implement ITIL 4 best practices for process structuring and governance.

• Attend meetings and prepare materials in English.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to foster alignment and continuous improvement.

• Support initiatives aimed at organizing and enhancing service management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior Process Analyst.

• Proven experience in process mapping, analysis, and documentation.

• Hands-on experience in developing and managing service and/or product catalogs.

• In-depth knowledge of ITIL 4 or subsequent versions.

• Current ITIL 4 certification.

• Experience in process modeling.

• Proficient with tools such as Bizagi, Microsoft Visio, or similar platforms.

• Advanced proficiency in English for meeting participation and material preparation.

• Understanding of Service Management practices and General Management Practices.

• Preferred: experience in ITSM (IT Service Management), technology environments, digital transformation projects, large-scale environments, and digital products.
