Process Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to assess systems and operational procedures.

• Discover opportunities to enhance business performance through process redesign, AI, and automation.

• Lead discovery discussions, interviews, workshops, and stakeholder walkthroughs.

• Perform gap and impact analyses while recommending effective solutions.

• Gather and document business requirements comprehensively.

• Develop and maintain organized process maps.

• Coordinate project teams across functions to achieve business objectives.

• Facilitate and engage in User Acceptance Testing.

• Support alignment among stakeholders during the implementation phase.

• Serve as a process subject matter expert on high-visibility projects.

• Contribute to and enhance the overall continuous improvement methodology.

• Demonstrated experience leading process analysis and enhancement initiatives in a dynamic, cross-functional setting.

• Excellent facilitation and communication abilities.

• Proven capability to build relationships with senior and executive leadership.

• Proficient in designing and documenting process maps, workflows, and business requirements.

• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving competencies.

• Knowledgeable about process improvement trends, methodologies, and best practices.

• Experience utilizing AI to optimize business processes.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, Service Cloud, and Kantata.

• Background in the SaaS industry, especially in Business Process Management, Project Management, or Strategic Initiatives.

• Proficiency in MS CoPilot, Miro, and Claude is a plus.
