Process Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Evaluate current Supply Chain business processes to pinpoint automation possibilities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document process specifications.

• Develop process maps, workflows, and comprehensive process documentation.

• Assist in RPA development utilizing Robocorp and Python.

• Perform feasibility studies and cost-benefit assessments for automation projects.

• Partner with technical teams to create effective automation solutions.

• Test and verify automated solutions against business specifications.

• Oversee multiple process enhancement initiatives while adhering to project timelines.

• Convey process insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3.5 years of experience in Business Process Analysis, Process Improvement, or related fields.

• Extensive experience in analyzing and enhancing business processes.

• Preferred experience in analyzing Supply Chain processes.

• Familiarity with RPA tools, especially Robocorp.

• Basic to advanced proficiency in Python.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

• Experience in Agile work environments.

• Six Sigma certification is a plus.

• Familiarity with process mining tools like Celonis or UiPath Process Mining is a plus.

• Knowledge of task mining and process simulation is an advantage.

• Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or additional RPA tools is a plus.
