Process & AI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of a multi-stage venture evaluation pipeline.

• Identify areas of friction and suggest as well as implement process improvements.

• Create and develop dashboards that provide leadership with real-time visibility of the opportunity pipeline.

• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar generative AI platforms to organize data from various sources and develop functional tools.

• Design and implement templates and stakeholder questionnaires for assessing new opportunities.

• Translate the strategic direction set by leadership into effective processes and tools.

• Document lessons learned and recommend areas for enhancement.

• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions with colleagues from engineering, sourcing, legal, and finance.

• Prepare clear and concise materials along with actionable recommendations for leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in a role where you have taken personal ownership in building initiatives, such as in startup operations, a venture studio, technical business operations, or a corporate innovation team.

• A portfolio showcasing projects you have personally developed, including dashboards, automated workflows, or AI-assisted tools, detailing both successes and lessons learned.

• Practical experience using AI tools to create effective, working solutions.

• Proficient in using dashboarding or business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.

• Ability to quickly learn new tools.

• Strong written communication skills with the capability to distill work into summaries suitable for leadership.

• Preferred: financial literacy to understand basic business case metrics such as NPV and ROI.

• Preferred: experience successfully collaborating across time zones with a geographically dispersed manager or team.

• Preferred: a background in strategy or consulting combined with genuine hands-on building experience.

• A formal education, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field, is advantageous but not mandatory.
