Environment Specialist, Fluent in French – Freelance AI Trainer Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage with language models in both English and French regarding real-world environmental issues and theoretical inquiries.

• Ensure factual correctness and logical coherence.

• Document reproducible error traces and outline model failure modes.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation criteria.

• Test advanced language models on topics related to the environment and sustainability.

• Assist in training AI models that promote environmental education, regulatory compliance, conservation, and innovation in sustainability.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of climate change, environmental impact assessments, pollution management, ecosystem stewardship, biodiversity preservation, sustainability metrics, and environmental policy.

• Familiarity with regulations and practices in French-speaking areas.

• Experience in carbon accounting, life cycle assessment, environmental remediation, monitoring of water and air quality, renewable resource management, environmental justice, and principles of the circular economy.

• Proficiency in French.

• Practical experience in the field or regulatory settings.

• Awareness of region-specific environmental assessments, sustainability reporting standards, and conservation strategies.

• Strong metacognitive communication skills and the ability to articulate your reasoning.

• Capability to communicate effectively in both English and French.

• A master's degree in environmental science, ecology, environmental engineering, or a closely related discipline is preferable.
