French Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage with language models in various linguistic scenarios

• Assess factual correctness and logical consistency

• Document reproducible error patterns

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation criteria

• Test advanced language models on topics related to the French language and log failure modes to enhance model reasoning

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the French language

• In-depth understanding of French grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics

• Capability to analyze verb conjugation, gender and number agreement, French idiomatic expressions, phonetic subtleties, sentence structure, and stylistic diversity

• Ability to communicate clearly and metacognitively while demonstrating your reasoning process

• A master’s degree or PhD in French language, linguistics, or a closely related discipline is preferred

• Experience with peer-reviewed publications, teaching, or practical linguistic analysis projects indicates suitability
