Education Specialist – Fluent in French, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage advanced language models in areas such as lesson planning, differentiated instruction, learning standards, student engagement, bilingual education, teacher training, and both formative and summative evaluation.

• Record instances of model failure to enhance reasoning capabilities.

• Interact with the model in both English and French regarding real-world educational scenarios and theoretical inquiries.

• Assess the pedagogical soundness and factual correctness of the model's outputs.

• Document reproducible error traces for further analysis.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in French is essential.

• Experience in classroom settings or curriculum development.

• Knowledge of both traditional and digital learning environments.

• Strong metacognitive communication skills, including the ability to articulate thought processes clearly.

• Comprehensive expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, pedagogy, assessment strategies, educational psychology, classroom technology, and inclusive teaching practices.

• Familiarity with French-speaking educational systems is required.

• Capability to converse with the model in both English and French.

• A master’s degree in education, instructional design, educational psychology, or a related field is preferred.
