Process & AI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of a multi-stage venture evaluation pipeline.

• Identify areas of friction and suggest as well as implement process enhancements.

• Develop and construct dashboards that offer leadership real-time insights into the opportunity pipeline.

• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or other generative AI platforms to organize data from various sources and create functional tools.

• Design and distribute templates and stakeholder questionnaires for assessing new opportunities.

• Translate the strategic vision of leadership into actionable processes and tools.

• Document lessons learned and propose improvements.

• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions with teams in engineering, sourcing, legal, and finance.

• Address bottlenecks and ensure initiatives progress smoothly.

• Prepare succinct materials that convert complex information into actionable recommendations.

• Exercise significant ownership over the approach while aligning with leadership-defined priorities and outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a role where you have taken real ownership in building initiatives, such as in startup operations, a venture studio, technical business operations, or a corporate innovation team.

• A portfolio showcasing dashboards, automated workflows, or AI-assisted tools you've personally developed, including discussions on challenges faced and adjustments made.

• Practical experience with AI tools to create effective, operational solutions.

• Proficient in using dashboarding or business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Quick adaptability to learn new tools.

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to summarize work into leadership-ready presentations.

• Financial literacy to understand basic business case metrics such as Net Present Value (NPV) and Return on Investment (ROI) is preferred.

• Experience collaborating effectively across time zones with a remote manager or team is preferred.

• A background in strategy or consulting combined with practical building experience is preferred.

• A formal education with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field is advantageous but not mandatory.
