Procedural Scheduler – Diabetes Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Arrange office and hospital services for patients

• Organize appointments with external providers or ancillary departments

• Ensure seamless care coordination for patients

• Promote patient-centered, holistic care within Providence Ambulatory Services

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical clinic, office environment, or administrative role

• Strong and extensive customer service background

• Familiarity with CPT and ICD10 codes is preferred

• Experience with Epic or other electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred

• Experience in a specialty clinic is preferred
