This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Enhance market share by driving special-order sales units, revenue, and average selling price through Retail Pro Sales, Account Managers, Pro Account Expediters, BIM Architectural Leads, and Install Services.
• Travel more than 50% of the time with overnight stays for professional events, in-person customer meetings, and jobsite visits.
• Strategically organize weekly schedules and document sales activities using CRM and call reporting tools.
• Interpret blueprint takeoffs, generate and manage quotes, oversee orders from initiation to completion, and deliver after-sale support.
• Participate in weekly meetings with Retail Pro Sales Representatives, PAEs, and AMs.
• Possess a strong understanding of Order Up, Quote Center, and Retail Core business operations.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations.
• Deliver product knowledge training, conduct product demonstrations, and implement comprehensive selling programs.
• Stay informed on window products, industry trends, technologies, product materials, design innovations, energy efficiency, installation techniques, IECC codes, and Energy Star standards.
• Address customer grievances, investigate concerns, and propose effective solutions.
• Provide insights to sales leadership regarding the competitive landscape, territory challenges, and sales prospects.
• Manage a territory that includes North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, southern Virginia, and markets such as Virginia Beach, Nashville, Myrtle Beach, Wilmington, Raleigh/Durham, and Charlotte.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated direct sales experience, ideally in the retail or building products sector.
• Strong customer service focus with a dedication to helping customers find solutions.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and calculating measurements.
• Familiarity with computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to collaborate with team members, exchange insights, and work collectively towards shared objectives.
